This Privacy Policy explains how Pockeex Company (“Pockeex”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use pockeex.cc and related services (the “Service”). We are the data controller. Contact: 1xpockeex@pockeex.cc.
1. Data we process
- Account data: email address, username, hashed password, language preference.
- Content data: the text you send to the assistant, images you upload, and the responses generated. Your chat history is primarily stored in your own browser (local storage); we process content transiently to produce answers.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor Creem. We receive only subscription status and limited billing metadata — we never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and security/anti-abuse signals.
2. Why we process it and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- To provide the Service and your account — performance of a contract.
- To generate AI responses to your inputs — performance of a contract.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and secure the Service — legitimate interests.
- To take payments and keep records — contract and legal obligation.
- Optional communications — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
3. AI processing — important disclosure
To answer you, your inputs (text and any images) are transmitted to third-party AI model providers accessed through Router9 and processed by them to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, or confidential information you would not want processed by such providers.
4. Recipients / processors
We share data only as needed with: Router Partner (model routing and the AI providers it connects to), Payment Provider (payments), our hosting provider, and, where required, authorities or professional advisers.
5. International transfers
Some processors (including AI providers) may operate outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and security obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Browser-stored chat history is under your control and can be cleared by you at any time.
7. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, contact 1xpockeex@pockeex.cc. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
8. Cookies & local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and store your chat history locally. Non-essential cookies, if any, are used only with your consent.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
