Cancellation Policy

Short version: cancel anytime, keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, no charge after that.

  • How to cancel: in your account settings, or email 1xpockeex@pockeex.cc. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.
  • When it takes effect: at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep full access until then; you are not billed again.
  • Refunds: payments for the current and past periods are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory law.
  • EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal: consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw. Because this is digital content/services supplied immediately, by starting to use the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the Service has begun. Your other mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
  • Price changes / discontinuation: if we change the price or discontinue the Service, you may cancel before your next renewal.
